Percy Jackson: The Last Olympus (Percy Jackson Series 5)

Percy Jackson : The Last Olympian
By Rick Riordan
Here comes the big announcement!!! Another series finish!!! This is the final of Percy Jackson!!! (But don’t be too sad~ we still got the extra and The heroes of Olympus!!!) Percy is finally meeting his destiny~ the oracles had predicted the son of the dearest gods will bring the fate of Olympus, and after all those children: Thalia, Nico, and Percy…it seems that the person in the prophecy still unclear?
All year the half-bloods have been preparing for battle against the Titans, knowing the odds of a victory are grim. Kronos’s army is stronger than ever, and with every god and half-blood he recruits, the evil Titan’s power only grows.
While the Olympians struggle to contain the rampaging monster Typhon, Kronos begins his advance on New York City, where Mount Olympus stands virtually unguarded. Now it’s up to Percy Jackson and an army of young demigods to stop the Lord of Time.
The long-awaited prophecy surrounding Percy’s sixteenth birthday unfolds. And as the battle for Western civilization rages on the streets of Manhattan, Percy faces a terrifying suspicion that he may be fighting against his own fate.
Na, I’m just teasing you guys, there is no way that the prophecy means other person. Just “someone” tried to change it, after all. This book is also my favorite one. (You can’t never just choose one book as your “favorite” book! That’s impossible! The final is just as great as the third book!) The war was extremely huge, and more god and goddess appeared, not just the important god in Olympus, but also the Titans. I love this book, even though the demigod from Camp Half-Blood had no chances to win, still there were hope in them. There was still “hope” in them. (Notice that “ “? That remains a surprise.) What’s better, Thalia was back! With all the hunters of Artemis, they were here to help defeat the Titans. While the gods were fighting Typhoon, those heroes would guard the New York City for all humanity. But there were plans behind. What was Kronos’s biggest scheme? What would happen if no one finds out? (Of course, we got the smartest Annabeth, so don’t be afraid of it, right…? But this time, you’ll gonna be surprised.) A lot of surprises are in the final battle, all people once appeared came back, ready to fight, ready for revenge, ready for the fate of Olympus. You’ll never feel boring while reading this book, that’s one of the main reason I love this book. Sometime you just can’t help but want to skip the boring part, but in this book, there’s no way I’m going to miss any part of it. The plots go in a fast pace: battle after battle, plan after plan. Even while the heroes were sleeping, the battle of Olympus still kept going. Time never wait…unless you’re Kronos.
We can never be disappointed with Percy Jackson’s series, can we? So I believe there’s no need to say more about it, just check out ourselves! Enjoy it! Love it with all your heart and cheer for the demigods! And ready to cheer for the final part! (no one will hate it…but don’t get jealous if you…)
